Federal Mandated Testing Policy & Procedure
Federal Mandated Substance Abuse testing can be complex, so you need a local guide. We are here to help.

Random Substance Abuse Testing is required under Federally Mandated Programming. The random method ensures employees are not aware who or when testing will take place. We can create a private Employer Pool or add your Employees to our existing Consortium Pool for Random Testing.
